Do you practice regenerative agriculture?

Yes, our practices are based on increasing biodiversity and soil health. When the grass is green the cattle are moved to fresh pasture every day and then followed by pigs and chickens. Pastures are then allowed to rest for a minimum of 21 days. We also stockpile feed to keep the cattle moving a pasture as late into the season as possible. Generally we can keep them on pasture from the middle of May until the middle of January.
